Payment & Shipping Methods
Payment Method
Payments for online orders of loose gemstones or custom-made jewelry will need to be completed via bank-to-bank transfer (net of any applicable bank charges). Upon order confirmation, we will provide our official company bank transfer details and send a scanned formal invoice to your email address. This invoice will include the required amount for payment, and the transaction should be processed as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Please note that it is essential to include your order reference number when making the transfer, so we can properly track and confirm your payment. Once we receive the payment, we will promptly begin processing your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods
When you purchase any loose gemstone or custom-made jewelry from us, we will ship it directly to your doorstep. Rest assured, all shipments are fully insured, regardless of the order amount. We ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit, whether it's to your home or office.

Unlike other vendors who may offer "free shipping," which is often already included in the item price, we only charge you for the actual shipping and handling fees charged by our reliable courier partners. Below are the shipping charges based on the value of your order:

  • Orders between USD $1,000 and $10,000: Shipped via EMS Postal Service, fully insured with door-to-door service. The shipping charge will be USD $200 (which includes insurance and handling fees).

  • Orders above USD $10,000: Shipped via FedEx, fully insured with door-to-door service. The shipping charge will be USD $350 (which includes insurance and handling fees).

  • Orders exceeding USD $50,000: Shipped via BRINKS or Malca-Amit (the most secure and reliable courier service providers for high-value colored stones, diamonds, jewelry, precious metals, and fine arts). The shipping charge will be USD $700 (which includes insurance and handling fees).

You will have the option to select the shipping method that best suits your preferences and needs when communicating with us. We provide these options to ensure that your gemstones arrive securely and on time, with a level of service that matches the value of your purchase.
Tax and Duty Calculator
International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by their country upon import. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order to understand the taxes and duties you may be required to pay.

To assist with your planning, we provide an estimate of the duty charges using a tool available through "Simply Duty." This online calculator will give you an approximate duty cost based on the destination and order value.
